These Terms govern access to and use of the HerCall service. By creating an account or using HerCall, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service operator

The service is operated by BENGLER.

2. Registration & eligibility

  • HerCall is adults only (18+).
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • One personal account per person, unless we approve otherwise.

3. Account & security

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us as soon as possible.

4. Permitted use & prohibitions

HerCall is for personal use. You agree not to:

  • use the service for illegal purposes;
  • harass, threaten, intimidate, discriminate;
  • post illegal, violent or hateful content;
  • create, solicit, share, or promote any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), or engage in grooming;
  • impersonate others or materially misrepresent your identity;
  • collect other members’ data for spam/marketing.

5. Events & HerCall’s role

HerCall provides tools to publish events and connect members. Events are created and hosted by members.

  • HerCall is not the direct organiser of user-created events.
  • Each member is responsible for their participation, safety and behaviour.

6. User content

You remain the owner of your content.

  • You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host/display your content to operate the service.
  • You confirm you have the necessary rights (especially for photos).

7. Moderation, suspension, deletion

In case of abuse, breach of these Terms, or serious safety risks, we may limit features, suspend an account or delete it. We remove illegal content upon notice and may report content involving minors to the relevant authorities when required by law.

8. Liability

HerCall is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee outcomes. Meetings and interactions between members are under their own responsibility.

9. Privacy

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update the service and these Terms. In case of material changes, we may notify you by appropriate means.

11. Subscriptions, cancellation, refunds

If you subscribe to Premium, it is a recurring subscription and you can cancel anytime. For practical details (Stripe/PayPal portal, invoices, refunds), see Subscription & refunds.
